Where do we ship?
We currently ship within New Zealand only.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders — no minimum spend required.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 6–12 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods such as holidays.

When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us at info@arrowtownliving.com and we will look into it for you right away.
